Delivery

UK delivery (excluding channel islands)

On receipt of your order, payment will be checked for approval and the order is then processed. At this stage, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order.

Due to the exclusive nature of our product, we may require up to one week to process your order. If this is the case, you shall be notified by email. Should your order be urgent please use our contact us form, quoting your order number, and we will do our best to get your cushions to you as soon as possible. However, there may be an additional fee.

All deliveries will be between 3-5 working days from date of postage by Ku-Shon. You will be notified by email the date your order has been dispatched. We will endeavor to send out our orders as quickly as possible.

We package your beautiful cushion/s in a gorgeous organza bag to keep your cushion/s in pristine condition. They are then posted in recycled and recyclable/biodegradable polythene bags. For larger orders we will post them as boxed items.

Should your package require a signature on receipt of delivery; and in the case of the premises being unattended at the time of delivery, a notification card shall be issued with all the relevant details of where the package can be collected.

Ku-Shon cannot take responsibility if a notification card is not left at the premises at the time of delivery. Please contact us if you have not received your order.

The delivery cost is calculated on weight and chosen destination. Please view the table below for an accurate breakdown of delivery costs.

We will endeavor to provide accurate delivery costs based on the information received from our courier and your order details, however, Ku-Shon reserves the right to alter the delivery cost based on a combination of criteria such as size, weight and chosen destination of the package.

International delivery

We do offer this service, however it is based on criteria, such as chosen destination, customs costs and restrictions, as well as sales tax. Please contact us with you requirements and we will endeavor to respond as soon as we receive a quote for your delivery cost. Only on acceptance of this quote, via email, and confirmation of payment of the order from our bank, will Ku-Shon proceed with the order.

Ku-Shon reserves the right to decline an order for any given reason.
