Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days from date of purchase. Returns will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

International returns

Subject to additional costs – costs incurred will be paid by the customer and then refunded by Ku-Shon if there is sufficient evidence of fault or damage being the responsibility of Ku-Shon.

Returns by post

Please send your returns back by tracked mail. Please send returns to 103 Greenway Close, Friern Barnet, London, N11 3NT. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The post office will stamp this and supply a tracking number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Please retain your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without a tracking reference number we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

The refund will be processed once your returned goods are received by us, in a saleable condition. Please note that it may take 5-10 working days for refunds to show into your account. You will be refunded on the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer service team customerservice@ku-shon.co.uk with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Returning goods bought as special offers / sales

If you return an item bought as part of a special offer you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer (for example buy 2 for £20). If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy option you will be refunded the multi-buy value.

If you return an item bought as part of a sale you be will refunded the sale price. For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or " get the lowest priced item free") you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
